REFUND POLICY

There is no exchange policy or refund available for fees payable in relation to private coaching, in the form of a single session or a package bundle, courses, memberships, workshops, Soul Signature channelling, videos, audios or workbooks connected to https://www.twinflametruthwithin.com website.

 

All fees payable for any course on this website are outlined specifically to the Client within the (digital) decree contract agreement and the terms and conditions document.  

Once a private coaching session, or multiple sessions, or any course, or Soul Signature is/are purchased, it/they become legally binding.

Symrette reserves the right to refuse anybody access to any service if the (digital) Confidentiality Agreement is not signed. Should any contract be breached, Symrette reserves the right to take legal action against the client.

Symrette is committed to providing all clients in her private coaching sessions, and through any of her courses, and her Soul Signature channelling, with a positive experience. By purchasing any of these services, you, as the client, agree that Symrette may, at her sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate client participation in the session or course without a refund if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms.

Symrette reserves the right to limit or remove any member from her website if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms.

Symrette reserves the right to refuse access to her course if a client breaches any terms or becomes disruptive.

If a client decides to withdraw from a private session or any course, or does not show up, no refunds will be issued. If a client does not provide the required 24 hours notice to reschedule a private session, they risk no rescheduling being offered, and a refund will not be issued.
